On Vision Sunday, Pastor John calls Arbor Heights to recover a God-sized imagination and pray, "Jesus, wake me up." Rather than settling for comfort, complacency, or a Christianized version of the American dream, believers are invited to seek God's kingdom first and join His work of rescuing and restoring people throughout the Westside. The church's vision requires unity amid diversity, every person contributing their gifts and a renewed commitment to prayer. Lasting ministry begins with allowing the Spirit and the word of Jesus to work deeply within us so that his love and power can flow through us into the community.
